"Most staff were friendly and helpful. There was a staff member that was not very friendly or helpful. We had to move rooms and after moving rooms the new room didn't have a remote. When we went to ask for a remote the lady said she didn't have any remotes and didn't seem to want to help figure out how to get a remote. Also if you want stuff to drink get it somewhere other than the hotel because bottles of water are $4"

"I still haven’t received my $120 dollars they took out at check in"

"Asked for housekeeping to refresh room. Came back 6 hours later and it wasn’t cleaned. Front desk didn’t explain hotel amenities etc at checkin like other hotels do. They were rushing us even though there wasn’t a line waiting. "

"I was double charged for my stay. I still have not received a refund. It took a hour to check me in. The key creator didn’t work, so I had no key. The microwave didn’t work and I requested twice for a repair; no response. Toilet wasn’t clean upon arrival. Found someone else’s underwear near the bed. No towels in pool area…when requested the lady said there were no towels available."

"The property was very clean and comfortable. There was a loud noise that was banging periodically through the night that made it hard to sleep. However, the winds were blowing at 50 mile an hour plus so I am sure that that had something to do with it. I didn’t realize there was no parking other than the parking garage that is attached to the hotel and they don’t tell you until you check in that. It is $30 to park there each day. All in all, I would stay there again however if there is a another hotel that is in the same vicinity with free parking, I would probably choose that hotel over this one."

"Great gym Comfortable beds Clean room and bathroom Food and drinks 🍸 😋 were delicious Quite affordable especially for families Great pool and hot tub Parking free. Popcorn and juice and soda free Restaurants close in walking distance. "

"Perfect stay for family of 4. 2 bedrooms with full baths attached were a plus for busy soccer filled weekend! Microwave, stove and fridge were all utilized. Great stay, very roomy and clean. Morning coffee bar was so fun! Will stay again!"

"Front desk staff was not very friendly. Room was clean. Pool and pool area was clean but the water didn’t seem to be moving. Restaurant was pretty good! Overall, an okay stay in a very clean hotel."
